Summary
This study looks at how type 1 diabetes (T1D) affects thinking skills, emotions, and quality of life in children and young adults aged 10-21. Researchers will compare 264 youth with T1D to 132 healthy peers using tests of memory, attention, and mental health. The goal is to understand the impact of diabetes on the developing brain in India, where T1D is becoming more common.
