Summary
This study tracks the mental workload of anesthesia nurses during real surgeries at a hospital in Barcelona. Nurses fill out a short questionnaire three times per surgery to rate their mental, physical, and emotional demands. The goal is to see when they are most stressed and how factors like anesthesia type or surgery complexity affect their focus. No treatments are tested—just observation.
