Thinking on your feet: study reveals hidden fall risks in seniors

Summary
This study looks at how adding a mental task (like counting backwards) affects walking and balance in older adults with Motoric Cognitive Risk Syndrome (MCRS). About 35 people aged 65 and older will do simple walking tests with and without a thinking task. The goal is to better understand early signs of cognitive decline and fall risk.
