This study tests two types of talk therapy—Cognitive Enhancement Therapy and Enriched Supportive Therapy—to see if they can reduce persistent negative symptoms in people with schizophrenia. Negative symptoms include things like lack of motivation, reduced emotional expression, and social withdrawal. Researchers will measure changes in symptoms and daily functioning over time.
