First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 27 times

Summary

This study tracks thinking and memory changes in children and young adults (ages 5-35) with hard-to-treat blood cancers who receive CAR T-cell therapy. Participants take computer and paper tests at home or at the hospital to measure memory, attention, and reasoning over up to 3 years. The goal is to understand if and how this treatment affects the brain, not to test a new treatment.
