Summary
This study aimed to test if a new, short questionnaire could help primary care doctors better identify patients with early memory or thinking problems during their annual check-up. The goal was to see if using this simple 4-question screener would lead doctors to order more appropriate tests or referrals for patients who might need them. The study was withdrawn before any participants were enrolled.
