Summary
This study tests a short program called ADAPT that teaches children ages 9-14 with ongoing stomach pain how to use relaxation, problem-solving, and mindfulness to feel better. The program has worked well in specialty clinics, and now researchers want to see if it can be used in primary care settings. About 15 children will take part to see if the program is practical and helpful.
