Summary

This study tests whether adding cognitive behavior therapy to physical therapy can reduce tension headaches in adults who are addicted to their smartphones. Forty participants aged 19-34 will receive 12 sessions over 6 weeks. The goal is to see if this combined approach improves headache intensity, neck pain sensitivity, and forward head posture better than physical therapy alone.
