Who is studied
Participants will be recruited using a non-probability convenience sampling method at the outpatient clinic, faculty of physical therapy, Sinai University, Egypt. Cases are consisting of individuals diagnosed with tension-type headache. Controls are healthy individuals without a history of tension-type headache. Eligible participants who meet the inclusion and exclusion criteria and provide informed consent will be enrolled during the study period.

Inclusion Criteria: * Inclusion Criteria for TTH group: 1. Patients will be included if they meet the diagnostic criteria of the International Headache Society for Tension-Type Headache 2. Score of 8 in screening questionnaire of TTH 3. Patients' age ranges from 20 to 40 years 4. BMI will range from 18.5- 29.9 kg/m2 5. Chronic and frequent episodic Tension-Type Headache as duration of patient's symptoms is more than three months * Inclusion Criteria for the control group Asymptomatic tension-type headaches will be included if they are matched in age, gender, and BMI Exclusion criteria: 1. Abnormal neurological symptoms (cervical radiculopathy-motor manifestation) 2. Vertebrobasilar Insufficiency 3. Systemic diseases e.g., Multiple sclerosis 4. Diabetes and hypertension 5. History of head trauma 6. History of epileptic fits 7. History of previous head or neck surgery 8. History of Shoulder
