NCT ID NCT07117968
First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Jun 09, 2026 · Updated 27 times
Summary
This study tests a new way to care for adults with severe hearing loss who get a cochlear implant. Instead of many in-person visits, patients will use remote monitoring and have their device activated earlier. The goal is to see if this approach improves quality of life and is just as effective as standard care. About 130 adults across France will take part.
