Tailbone pain relief: Hands-On therapy or nerve block?

Summary

This study compares two treatments for chronic tailbone pain (coccydynia): hands-on osteopathic manual therapy and a nerve block injection. About 100 adults with persistent pain will be randomly assigned to one treatment. Researchers will measure pain and daily function at 3 weeks and 3 months to see which approach works better.
