Summary
This study tests a drug called cobimetinib in children and adults with histiocytic disorders like Langerhans cell histiocytosis that have not responded to standard treatment. Cobimetinib works by blocking a faulty growth signal inside cells. The goal is to shrink tumors and control the disease, but ongoing treatment may be needed.
