Five-Drug cocktail trial offers hope for advanced cancer patients
NCT ID NCT05036226
Summary
This early-stage trial is testing whether combining up to five existing oral medications is safe and can help control advanced solid tumors or prostate cancer that has returned after treatment. The study will first determine the safest combination of drugs, then see if that combination can delay cancer progression in patients with advanced prostate cancer. It is for adults whose cancer has worsened despite standard treatments.
