First seen May 16, 2026 · Last updated May 16, 2026

Summary

This study tests whether a smartphone app can help parents reduce their young children's exposure to second-hand smoke. About 160 children under 6 who live with a smoking parent will take part. The goal is to lower the children's urine cotinine levels, a marker of smoke exposure, and prevent future health problems like asthma.
