New school program aims to reduce behavior issues in autistic kids

Summary
This study looks at two ways to improve support for autistic children in schools. First, it tests a program where teachers learn special techniques to help reduce challenging behaviors. Second, it tests a strategy to help school leaders keep these techniques in use over time. About 373 teachers and students will take part to see what works best.
