Summary
This study tests a new way to help Veterans with PTSD start treatment. It combines phone coaching for family members with a web program called VA-CRAFT. The goal is to see if this approach helps more Veterans get mental health care. The study involves 122 family members of Veterans who are not currently in treatment.
