First seen Nov 11, 2025 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 32 times
Summary
This study looks at whether a 12-week coaching app that trains goal-directed thinking can make a 6-week cognitive rehab program more effective for people with Multiple Sclerosis (MS). About 126 adults with MS will use the coaching app or a sham version, then all complete memory and processing-speed training. Researchers will measure changes in thinking skills, daily function, and brain activity using scans and questionnaires.
