Summary
This study is testing a safety program called COACH, designed with community input, to help youth football coaches run safer practices. The goal is to reduce the number of head impacts and concussions in young athletes by changing how practices are planned and run. Researchers will see if youth football leagues can successfully adopt the program and if it protects players' brain health over a season.
