Summary
This study tests a new way to help families prevent and manage childhood obesity. It combines two programs: one for all first-grade students and their families, and another for parents of children who are already overweight or obese. The goal is to see if this combined approach helps children achieve a healthier weight over 12 months. About 126 families with children aged 6-12 will take part.
