Summary
This study explores whether involving seniors in designing their own physical activity programs leads to better long-term exercise habits. Researchers will enroll 60 adults aged 60 and older who are not yet regularly active. Participants will co-create their exercise plans and be followed for one year to measure adherence and sustained activity levels.
