Summary
This study is testing if stopping a CMV prevention drug (letermovir) based on a patient's own immune response works better than taking the drug every day for 200 days after a stem cell transplant. It aims to find the safest and most effective way to prevent serious CMV infections in high-risk transplant patients. Researchers will compare infection rates, immune system recovery, and overall outcomes between the two approaches.
