New pill aims to curb alcohol cravings in early trial

Summary

This study tests a new drug called CMND-100 in healthy volunteers and people with alcohol use disorder. The goal is to find a safe dose and see if it helps reduce drinking and cravings. About 84 participants will take the drug and be monitored for side effects and effectiveness.
