Summary
This study tested whether a new drug called CMAB015 works as well as the approved drug secukinumab for adults with moderate to severe plaque psoriasis. 336 participants received injections of either drug over 48 weeks. The main goal was to see if at least 75% of skin symptoms improved by week 12. The trial also checked for side effects and immune responses.
