New drug trial aims to shrink stubborn nasal polyps
NCT ID NCT07420257
Summary
This study is testing an investigational drug called CM326 to see if it can safely reduce nasal polyps and ease congestion in adults with chronic sinusitis. About 212 participants will receive either the drug or a placebo for 24 weeks, followed by a longer open-label period. The main goals are to measure changes in polyp size and nasal blockage after six months of treatment.
