New drug could shrink nasal polyps and ease breathing

Summary

This study tests an experimental drug called CM326 in 212 adults with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps. The goal is to see if it can shrink polyps and reduce stuffy nose compared to a placebo. Participants will receive the drug or placebo for 24 weeks, then everyone can get the drug for another 28 weeks.
