Summary
This study follows 100 people aged 55 and older who have clonal hematopoiesis (CH) or possible CH, a condition where blood cells carry certain genetic changes. Researchers will monitor participants' health, check for risks of heart disease and blood cancers, and provide personalized support. The goal is to learn how CH affects people over time and create better care guidelines for the future.
