Summary
This early-stage study tests a new drug, CLN-978, in 37 adults with rheumatoid arthritis that hasn't responded to other treatments. The goal is to see if the drug is safe and can control the disease by lowering certain immune cells. Participants must have active arthritis and signs that B cells are involved in their condition.
