Scientists probe genetic secrets of blood cancer to predict treatment success

NCT ID NCT07162532

Summary

This study aims to understand how specific genetic characteristics in patients with chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) affect their response to treatment and overall health outcomes. Researchers will collect detailed medical history, perform physical exams, and analyze blood samples from 45 newly diagnosed adult patients to look for genetic markers. The goal is to identify patterns that can help predict which patients might respond better to certain treatments based on their genetic profile.
