Summary
This study is testing a combination of three drugs—zanubrutinib, obinutuzumab, and venetoclax—for people with untreated CLL or SLL. The main goal is to see how many patients achieve a deep response where no cancer cells can be detected in their blood or bone marrow. It aims to control these cancers with a powerful, time-limited treatment approach.
