NCT ID NCT06967610

First seen Oct 31, 2025 · Last updated May 12, 2026 · Updated 25 times

Summary

This study is testing whether a combination of three drugs—pirtobrutinib, venetoclax, and obinutuzumab—can help control chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) or small lymphocytic lymphoma (SLL) that has come back after previous treatment. The treatment is given for a limited time, not indefinitely. Researchers will enroll about 40 adults with recurring CLL/SLL to see how well the combination works and how safe it is.
