Summary
This study tests whether a time-limited combination of three drugs—pirtobrutinib, venetoclax, and obinutuzumab—is safe and effective for people with chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) or Richter transformation (RT) who have not had prior treatment. About 60 adults will take part. The goal is to control the disease, not to cure it, as ongoing management may still be needed.
