Summary
This study tests an experimental drug, CLIO-8221, in 306 adults with advanced solid tumors that have spread or cannot be removed. The first phase finds the safest dose, and the second phase checks how well the drug shrinks tumors. The goal is to control the disease, not cure it, and participants must have tried other treatments first.
