Summary

This study looks at whether Clinical Pilates can improve physical and emotional well-being in people with interstitial lung disease (ILD), a chronic lung condition that makes breathing hard. Researchers will assign 58 adults to either a supervised Pilates program or standard care. The goal is to see if Pilates helps with walking ability, breathing symptoms, and quality of life.
