New combo therapy aims to control liver cancer after radiation

Summary
This pilot study tests whether adding immunotherapy drugs (cemiplimab with or without fianlimab) after a type of radiation (Y90) can help control liver cancer in 20 adults. The goal is to slow or stop the cancer from growing. Participants will be randomly assigned to one of two treatment arms.
