Summary
This study compares clear aligners and traditional braces for straightening moderately crowded lower front teeth in 40 people aged 13-45. Researchers will measure how fast each method works, how many visits are needed, and effects on gum health. Participants will receive either aligners or braces and attend regular check-ups until their teeth are straight.
