Do your invisalign trays wear out? new study investigates
NCT ID NCT07449598
Summary
This study aims to understand how clear plastic teeth aligners change after being made and worn. Researchers will compare two types of aligner materials by measuring their surface roughness, hardness, and thickness before use, after being fitted to a model, and after two weeks of wear in the mouth. The goal is to gather knowledge about material durability to potentially inform future aligner design.
