Summary

This study tested a gel called CLE-400 on 59 adults with Notalgia Paresthetica, a condition that causes long-term itching on the back. The goal was to see if the gel reduces itch intensity better than a placebo gel. Participants applied the gel daily and reported their worst itch each day for 4 weeks.
