Summary
This study looks at whether using a standard classification system for voice therapy can improve outcomes for people with muscle tension dysphonia (MTD), a condition causing hoarseness or voice strain. About 600 participants will receive standard voice therapy, but clinicians will document sessions using the new system. Researchers will compare voice improvements between the first and second year of using the system to see if it helps patients more.
