Summary
This study tests whether the drug cilostazol can prevent another stroke or heart attack in 1,100 stroke survivors in Ghana. Participants take cilostazol or a placebo twice a day for two years. The goal is to find an affordable, effective treatment for stroke prevention in low-resource settings.
