Summary
This study is a large registry that will follow 90,000 people in China, including those with chronic kidney disease (CKD), those at risk, and healthy volunteers. The goal is to observe how kidney disease starts and gets worse over time. No treatments are given—the study simply collects real-world data to improve future prevention and care.
