Blood clues may spot kidney disease early and warn of treatment failure
NCT ID NCT07037953
First seen Nov 17, 2025 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 23 times
Summary
This study measured four specific molecules in the blood of 180 people, including healthy volunteers and kidney disease patients at different stages. The goal was to see if these molecules could help diagnose chronic kidney disease early or predict resistance to anemia treatment in dialysis patients. The study did not test any new treatment, but rather looked for patterns that could guide future care.
