Summary

This study tests a modified dialysis method for ICU patients with acute kidney injury. The goal is to see if a special citrate-based protocol reduces the need for extra electrolytes like potassium and magnesium. About 43 adults will take part, and researchers will compare the new method to standard care. The trial is currently recruiting.
