Summary
This early-stage trial is testing a new drug called cirtuvivint, alone or with another drug combo (ASTX727), in people with myelodysplastic syndromes (MDS) or acute myeloid leukemia (AML). The goal is to find the safest dose and check for side effects. About 54 participants whose cancer has returned or not responded to prior treatment will be enrolled.
