Glue instead of stitches? new study tests faster circumcision healing
NCT ID NCT06487494
Summary
This small pilot study tested whether using surgical glue with a few stitches works as well as a full row of stitches to close the wound after an adult circumcision. Researchers compared the two methods in 20 men to see if the glue technique was faster, less painful, or led to better-looking scars and fewer complications. The goal was to see if the glue method could be a good alternative for future patients.
