New exercise circuit tested to help kids with CP move better

NCT ID NCT07283133

Summary

This study tested whether a special exercise program called Task-Specific Circuit Training (TSCT) works better than standard physical therapy for children with cerebral palsy. It involved 34 children aged 5-12 who could walk with or without help. For 8 weeks, one group did the new circuit training, while the other did conventional therapy, to see which improved movement, balance, and quality of life more.
