First seen Feb 16, 2026 · Last updated May 05, 2026 · Updated 13 times
Summary
This study tests whether an app that tracks your natural sleep-wake cycle (chronotype) and gives personalized daily tips can improve well-being in college students. Researchers will enroll 400 UCSD undergraduates to use the app for seven weeks and measure changes in happiness, focus, energy, and mindfulness. The goal is to see if aligning daily activities with your body's clock leads to a better quality of life.
