Your immune age might change with the time of day
NCT ID NCT07169721
First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 26 times
Summary
This study explored whether the time of day affects a blood test that estimates how 'old' your immune system is. Researchers measured the immune age of 50 healthy adults (ages 20-69) at three different times on the same day: morning, midday, and evening. The goal was to see if the test results change with our natural daily rhythms, which could help doctors use this test more accurately.
