Summary
This study tests whether a virtual reality (VR) tool that resets the body's internal clock can improve sleep and reduce binge eating. Forty adults with binge eating disorder will use a VR headset for 10 minutes twice daily for one month. One group gets the active reset technology, the other a control program. Researchers will measure changes in binge eating frequency and sleep quality.
