Summary

This study aims to find the best score on a simple, self-administered questionnaire to identify moderate to severe nerve damage caused by chemotherapy in breast cancer survivors. Researchers will enroll 26 women who have completed taxane-based chemotherapy and radiation. Participants will fill out a symptom-based scoring system, and their answers will be compared to standard nerve exams to determine the most accurate cutoff point.
