NCT ID NCT05333874

First seen Feb 14, 2026 · Last updated May 08, 2026 · Updated 14 times

Summary

This pilot study looks at whether a blood test that detects tiny bits of tumor DNA (ctDNA) can help doctors decide on additional treatment for people with early-stage breast cancer. About 34 participants with triple-negative or HER2-positive breast cancer will be followed after standard therapy and surgery. The goal is to see if the test results lead to changes in treatment and to better understand how the DNA levels change over time.
